Do you charge for services?

There is no cost or obligation to sign-up for basic community access which allows you to browse news and content, the member directory, participate in forums, and use other online community wide services like our e-Greetings and the Web based e-mail system that is included with basic membership. For Internet services like community Web hosting, E-mail, Domain Name registration, or any of our powerful EZWeb® tools you will receive special member only pricing. These prices are near our cost; however they are enough for us to provide you with these premium services without flooding your browser with obnoxious banner advertisements or your e-mail inbox with Spam (unsolicited e-mail). We have been in business since 1997 and remain healthy and debt free today (despite the recent industry wide dot com failures). We will continue to remain debt free and stay in business by charging fair competitive prices for Internet services that require resources and overhead.

Unique opportunities for new members!

This community is new (launched October 2001). Depending upon when you join, you may find that you are one of few. Do not let this be discouraging, as new members early on can help shape the direction of services and content offered. For example, new members will be offered opportunities to start and moderate their own threaded discussion forums, articles, advice columns, and other items/services that would be of interest to all members at large.

Based on our direct experience in developing and managing major Internet portal Web sites for our commercial clients, community membership will grow exponentially over a short duration of time as we market via magazine advertisements and perform targeted registrations with the major search engines. Because the community portal is domain name specific and member EZWeb® sites also include a community domain name specific URL (members may also opt to use their own domain name), we are more easily able to obtain higher than normal search engine rankings. Our goal is to drive traffic to community member Web sites directly and via the community portal site. The more members obtained, the more traffic. We have found through experience over time (1-2 years) that our largest referral base is from members referring other members word-of-mouth.
